Who may enter
The competition is open to everyone except students and faculty at the University of Memphis, United States.
Short description
The competition is organized by The Pinch, a literary journal published at the University of Memphis.
The 2022 Pinch Literary Awards accepts poetry (entries must range from 1-3 poems) and fiction (manuscripts can be a maximum of 5000 words).
Only unpublished work will be considered.
Fiction Judge: SJ Sindu.
Poetry Judge: Phillip B Williams.
Entry fee
The submission fee for each entry is $20.
Prizes
1st place contest winners in poetry and fiction will each receive a prize of $2000.
